1. I love and truly appreciate my home.
2. My favorite thing for dinner lately has been, don't laugh, the Taco Salad I had last night.
3. The dog said, "I would really like some bacon" but all I heard was bark! bark! bark!
4. A nice long walk is enjoyable if you have good company or good music.
5. This country could really use some good news.
6. When all is said and done, it truly is the little things that matter.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to finishing the final preparations for Michael's birthday party, tomorrow my plans include trying not to strangle any of the eight out of control boys which will be spending the night at said party and Sunday, I want to make a boat load of pancakes for those same boys, send them home all hyped up on sugar and RECOVER!

Oh...God Bless you, you brave brave soul for taking on 8 boys for a sleepover. I only had 4 girls sleepover two years ago, and that was it for me. Finding smeared blush in my freshly cleaned carpet sealed the deal. hehe Have a great weekend!
